Kelly FitzGerald, Executive Assistant

Overview

Kelly FitzGerald joined Forbes Partners in 2018 serving as an executive assistant for two Managing Directors and President Bob Forbes. She brings extensive experience managing special projects including road shows, training programs, large-scale marketing and technology conferences, and employee recognition and team building events. Kelly has supported senior executives throughout her career responsible for internal and client correspondence, business presentations and financial summaries. Her organizational prowess serves the team well and keeps the Group a well-oiled machine.

Kelly spent the early part of her career working on the east coast for Massachusetts-based firms including Deutsche Bank and Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge, a wealth management firm operating for more than 100 years. With Deutsche Bank she managed clients’ cash to maximize short-term yields while maintaining liquidity and analyzed the financial status of clients. She played an integral part to brokerage transactions and knows her way around SEC filings, broker letters and transfer agent paperwork.

Kelly graduated from the University of New Hampshire’s Whittemore School of Business & Economics earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

When Kelly isn’t making travel arrangements for The Forbes M+A Group, she is busy planning her next travel adventure. Her love for domestic and international travel took root as a young adult and is a passion she shares with her husband and two children. Together they have visited more than 8 countries and 18 National Parks throughout the United States. She enjoys all things active including water and snow skiing, paddle boarding, camping, hiking and anything that includes the great outdoors. She also enjoys volunteering her time and talent to the Girls Scouts of America.
