A Letter from the President

I started Forbes Partners in 2004 to provide senior-level advice to exceptional lower and middle market businesses, a niche underserved by most transaction advisory firms.

Building a great business takes extraordinary courage and endurance. Hard work, long hours, risk and sacrifice, are often necessary to create your largest asset. I’ve done it multiple times and know that maximizing the value of that asset requires expertise, personal attention and integrity that neither I, nor our clients, have been able to find anywhere else.

I have been fortunate to attract an incredibly talented team to fill this void. Our advisors are former top consultants, corporate executives, and fellow entrepreneurs who have personally experienced the “in-the-trenches” challenges of buying, selling or raising capital, while also operating a business.
