Eric Niederer is an Analyst at The Forbes M&A Group and joined the firm in 2018. Eric has advised on buy-side, sell-side, exit optimization, and capital formation assignments. Before joining The Forbes M&A Group, Eric worked as an Analyst with KPMG Corporate Finance where he advised middle market clients across a variety of sectors on capital formation and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Eric was an Analyst at Angle Advisors, a diversified industrials focused investment bank, where he advised clients in the automotive, aerospace, and building products sectors.
Eric attended the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his BSBA with a double major in Finance and Accounting. During his time at Wayne State, Eric served on the executive board of both the Financial Management Association and Beta Alpha Psi.
Eric is originally from Bay City, Michigan and in his spare time enjoys hiking, CrossFit, and sailing.
