Cassie Dobos, a Senior Associate at Forbes Partners, has almost a decade of M&A Advisory experience. Cassie is known for her ability to position growing companies for maximum value and her deep connectivity with buyers and investors. Her hands-on approach involves closely collaborating with companies and management teams, delving deep into their business strategies, financial intricacies, and operational dynamics to structure and orchestrate optimal outcomes.

In her career, Cassie has completed successful M&A and capital formation transactions with a combined value surpassing $1.2 billion. Her experience spans a diverse mix of clients ranging from business services, software/SaaS, and consumer products, particularly within the better-for-you category.

Prior to joining Forbes Partners in 2018, Cassie was a member of Morgan Partners’ investment banking team in Boston. Prior to that, Cassie worked in investment banking at SDR Ventures in Denver.

Cassie’s Colorado roots run deep, having grown up in the beautiful town of Estes Park, the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park. She is inspired by navigating challenges on hiking trails and exploring her creative side in the kitchen and through art.

A cum laude graduate from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver, Cassie holds a BSBA degree in Finance with minors in Chinese studies and Business Information and Analytics. She also studied abroad at Peking University in Beijing, China. She has served on the Daniels Employer Advisory Council and loves to stay engaged with current students and alumni networks.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cassie leads an elite young professional organization, Capital Hour, and a professional women’s group, Gal Locale. She has been actively involved in the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), participating in the prestigious L20 Leadership program and contributing to planning committees.
